"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. "I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"
