In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.
1-room apartment 28 m2 on 4th floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Hip bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Hell und ruhig mit toller Aussicht
Liebevoll eingerichteter Wohn/Schlafraum, Terrasse mit Morgen- und Mittagsonne. Statt der Sitzbadewanne hätte ich eine Liegebadewanne bevorzugt. Küche praktisch, Geschirrspültabs und Speiseöl hätte ich gern vorgefunden oder wenigstens dalassen wollen.
