In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.
1-room apartment 28 m2 on 3rd floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven). Hip bath/WC. Auffrischung dringend nötig
Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr sauber, die Lage prima, der Hauswart top! Doch die Wohnung hat ihre guten Tage hinter sich: Der Vorhang verdunkelt nicht, der Teppich ist fleckig, das Holz der Schränke und Tische schreit nach Behandlung, die Bilder trostlos, das WC niedrig und die Matratzen der quietschenden Betten steinhart.

Gute Aussicht und gemütliche Atmosphäre
Die Ausstattung unseres Apartements war zwar nicht mehr ganz up to date, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert. Kurze Wege bis zur Skipiste und eine schöne Aussicht über Arosa auf die verschneiten Gipfel waren richtig gut. Die Ausstattung war funktional und gut.
