I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)"

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."

"Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down."
