Penthouse Apartment in Popular Cristian Sur Complex - 3 BR, 3 Bath, Sleeps 8/9

Cristian Sur is one of the most welcoming complexes in the South of Tenerife. It is extremely popular and ideally situated a short distance from all the amenities and beaches. The apartment is great for families, providing an ever growing selection of games (including Xbox games console), with a TV in the lounge, master bedroom, and twin room. Most UK terrestrial and popular TV channels are available, with Netflix in the lounge and twin room. We also have free WiFi! The apartment itself is very spacious, and we aim to make improvements when necessary to ensure you enjoy your stay. Los Cristianos boasts one of the best Sunday markets in the Canary Islands - only a 5 minute walk away.

The duplex property is split over two floors.

The entrance level floor comprises of a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge leading out to one of two balconies.

The sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed very easily.

The TV, Xbox and Movistar TV and WiFi combine perfectly to offer digital streaming apps such as Netflix, NowTV plus other UK catch up channels as well as Sky Sports 1 and BBC "through the aerial".
The Xbox doubles up as a DVD player as well a games console.

The Free WiFi is supported throughout the appartment.

There's also a bookshelf in the lounge containing a selection of DVDs and books to peruse during your stay.

The stairway to the upper level is situated to the left of the lounge.

Between the kitchen and the maiin lounge area lies a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen boasts most of the kitchen utilites you'd expect; a fridge / freezer, oven and hob, microwave.

Additionally, there's more than enough plates, glasses and cutlery to satisfy your needs during your stay.

To the left of the front door entrance a hallway leads to the main bathroom comprising bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.

The end of the hallway leads to two bedrooms.

To the left, the aptly named "bunk bed room" comprises a bunk bed that sleeps 2 adults plus double fitted wardrobes and drawers.

To the right, from the end of the hallway, is the main bedroom.
Inside you'll find a King Size bed, fitted double wardrobes and two sets of drawers.

The bedroom leads out to the second balcony.

The newly renovated ensuite leads off to the right comprising of shower, toilet, wash basin and bathroom cupboards.

Back in the lounge and up the stairs brings you to the upper level comprising of "upstairs bedroom" and the rooftop terrace.

The upstairs bedroom sits to the left of the stairs and has a king size bed and single bed along with double wardrobes and drawers.

An ensuite sits of the right including shower, toilet and wash basin.

The roof top terrace is the place to relax and chill or party on.

We've provided a dining table and comfortable outdoor lounging furniture for your comfort

The rooftop is extremely private.

In addition to the sink, there's also a built in BBQ.

The washing machine and "outdoor environmentally friendly dryer" are also on the rooftop.

Great apartment with a fantastic location for all parts of Los Cristianos, only down side is the daily battle for sunbeds which could be easily rectified if the complex simply hired more for peak times of the year( not the owners fault). Would recommend the apartment

Great apt in a great location
The apartment is in an excellent location (if you're okay with a few flights of stairs to access it). Located within Cristian Sur right above the onsite café bar but none to little noise experienced (seems to close early evening). We had no 'real' complaints about the apartment and really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The following points are meant to be constructive to help others and set expectations rather than any complaints about the apartment as I said already we would all stop here again. It's not 5 star but neither is the price, its priced to reflect the condition of the apartment. It is getting dated and 'well used', it's not 'spotless' but clean enough that you can happily spend your time in the apartment and use its facilities. The two bedrooms on the main floor are good, the house bathroom though is very dated but functional. The 3rd bedroom is on the next floor up (this is the one with the double and single beds in), the steps up are very narrow and steep and you need to take care using them, not suited for the elderly or very young. Upstairs is also where you get to the roof terrace, which is a great area to chill and sunbathe just a shame about the steps up there to access it.

Take care when ringing the helpline
This is a great property in an excellent location. The only negative to this was when booking it on the Vrbo website it wouldn't allow me to and the helpline number was to America, and whilst I have to take the majority of the blame for my ignorance in not checking this and receiving the resulting £115 phone bill, it shouldn't have taken 35 mins to book this with their Customer Service Agent who would ask a question and when I answered put me on hold for a few minutes, then come back with another question, get an answer, put me on hold, etc

Lovely apartment, lovely location
Lovely apartment laid out open plan kitchen dinner and lounge, which leads out to the first balcony with enough room for eight of us to enjoy breakfast on. There is a double bunk room for the little ones and the main room on this floor also has a large balcony. Upstairs to the master room and roof terrace. Spent every night on the terrace with the family playing cards and having drinks. Location is excellent with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Although it was never too busy and was peaceful throughout the night. Look forward to booking again.

Great stay! Good location, nice amenities, drive or walk to various beaches. Great pools onsite, nice views. Short walk to small, expensive groceries; short drive to large, cheap grocery stores. Apt has well-equipped kitchen, videos, games and toys for all ages. Lots of great outdoor and indoor spaces for dining, lounging. Very tourist area was loud at night, but felt safe, especially 3rd floor location. -- of course there are stairs. Check-in was rough as key/lock is sticky. One of the fans didn't work, so master bedroom was warm. The washing machine was nice to have. Drying racks available for hanging clothes on nice rooftop deck with couch and dining table. Host is responsive. We'd come back if we could.

Amazing Holiday
Had a great holiday staying at this property. There was 8 of us in total and the apartment was perfect. Everything was very clean and tidy, the outside terraces were great, the complex was also very good with 2 large sized pool, shops and bar. It was also in walking distance to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Big apartment in great location
Nice big property with a lovely sun terrace and lots of space for a family ,in a really clean and well maintained resort. The property could do with a little updating and was a little noisy of an evening due to being above the bar/restaurant but it stopped about 1pm but due to the apartments location don’t let this put you off staying there.....overall we had a fantastic holiday . We Would recommend this accommodation to any one wanting a holiday to Tenerife .

Excellent property. 6 of us stayed but can sleep up to 8. Very spacious so plenty of room for individuals to have 'time out' or 'recover' from the previous night. Excellent location, plenty to do. Would highly recommend Restraunt Margarita and Music Hall Tavern for fun filled nights out. Would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to the owners xx

What A Lovely Apartment!
First of all, arranging the stay was very easy. Teresa was good with her communication and had everything prepared. The complex Cristian De Sur is very clean, friendly and is conveniently located for bars and walks to the beach. As for the apartment, you first walk into a spacious studio type kitchen/lounge with a balcony. The rooms to the left is a bathroom, room with a bunk bed and a double bedroom ensuite with balcony. Upstairs is a large double ensuite with balcony, washing machine and lovely views of the mountains. The apartment is very spacious and easy to maintain. I would recommend people stay here...just not when we are returning :)

Spacious Apartment in a great location
Great location. The apartment was very spacious which meant everyone had their own space. 3 balconies and the top one with sun lounger was tranquil and a perfect sun trap for the sun worshippers (my mother-in-law). The apartment was well equipped with DVD's, computer games and pool toys/accessories for the kids.The pool wasn't very busy which meant sunbeds were available all day. The kids spent all day in the heated pool. The mother and mother- in-law especially loved the Strawberry Daiquiri cocktails sold in the complex bar/café whilst the kids loved the variety of ice-creams. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely spacious apartment which was just perfect for 6 people. Nice pool, with local bar serving good quality food and a small shop selling the essential necessities. The 2 balconies and roof terrace are perfect for chilling out and the roof terrace has an amazing view also. The location was perfect, well within walking distance of many bars, shops and restaurants. Lots of parking spaces if you have a car. A bit noisy in the morning due to being directly above the bar which opens at 8am. No free wifi and the power sockets need attention. Would definitely recommend and may book again in the near future.

Great location.
Very spacious apartment with lots of added extras such an an Xbox and DVDs. Three bathrooms but only the en suite upstairs had any hot water so seven of us had to share. No hot water in the kitchen either so had to keep boiling the kettle. We didn't want to have to wait for a maintenance guy so managed ok. Was a bit hesitant about the cafe bar downstairs but the noise was minimal and closed at midnight. It was actually very handy and the breakfast there was great. The complex is lovely, very clean. Just be up ready for the mad rush in the morning when they unlock the sunbeds. The rooftop terrace came in useful.

Hallo , het huis was op het eerste gezicht proper.Maar op het bij het uitpakken kwam alles boven.De keuken is veroudert het kook fornuis kon je gebruiken als er niets anders van elec toestellen ingebruikname was de zekeringen sprongen af.De oven kon je niet gebruiken die is volledig zwart verbrandt. Koffiezet niet aanwezig ,keuken kraan volledig verkalkt alsook de badkamer. Alles nog eens afgewassen . Sorry en voor oudere mensen niet gemakkelijk naar buiten telkens 40 trappen heen en terug. Verder alles wel vlot en goed verlopen het domein we kraak net. groetjes Chris & Louis

El apartamento es muy amplio para ir varios está genial y si ubicación también es de las mejores,playa cerca,bares, restaurantes.... Lo peor la limpieza ,los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios,evidentemente se lavaron antes de usarlos, las sábanas sucias ,dormimos por encima del edredón, debajo de la cama toallitas .... La cisterna del baño q tiene bañera no funciona. Las luces de las habitaciones tampoco,había q usar las de las mesillas en fin....algunos detalles q si no llega a ser por la situación del sitio y q es amplio para poder ir varios deja un poco de desear
