"Beautiful spacious home. Very kind and friendly hosts. Surrounding area is peaceful, tranquil and is nestled in rural area with quaint half-timbered buildings and lovely villages. You can take train to Dresden but to explore area you will need a car. There are many castles around Dresden and about 30 to 45 minutes drive from property. We had a wonderful time and if you do not want to be in the city the whole time, this is an excellent choice."

"Eine Woche dort Aufenthalt als zentraler Punkt für Erkundung im Radius von ca 1 Std Autofahrt. Die Entscheidung war top getroffen. Ruhige Ferienwohnung ( wobei wir dort nur morgens und abends gegessen und nachts geschlafen haben ) Jeden Tag in jede Himmelsrichtung unterwegs. Die Gegend war vorher so gut wie unbekannt für uns. Jetzt können wir was sagen bzw genau hinhören, wenn jemand von Bautzen, Görlitz, Zittau Gebirge, Dresden, Umgebindehaus, Sächsische Schweiz, Bad Muskau spricht. Wir wissen...

"This is a two bedroom "loft conversion" over the family home. It was reasonably well equipped.. The area is quite rural with easy access to local train/bus service. We had a car and toured the area, especially the forest areas, as we had a dog with us. Enjoyed the area and the property as a holiday visit. Overall reasonable value for money and in line with our requirements."

"Great location, and a modern, clean apartment. Food and water left in fridge and cupboard a bonus. Other extras were in the bathroom, and a chocolate on the bed as a welcome. Great for a very short stay, as long as no clothes washing or ironing is needed. There was very good communication with the owner. A comfort factor missing is that there are no bedside tables with reading lamps next to the bed. Overall, very good. "
