"The apartment has poor accommodation, meaning the whole furniture is old and the impression is of an old place, no recondition was done, is like you live in the ‘80. "A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure! "

"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. "Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "
