Unique, remodeled cabin in the the beautiful mountains of Camp Connell, just north of Arnold. 25 minutes south to the quaint town of Murphys and 25 minutes north to picturesque Lake Alpine and Bear Valley Ski Resort. Five minutes to Big Trees State Park. Plenty of room for friends and family. Vaulted ceilings upstairs and beamed ceilings downstairs. Relaxing leather sofas in living room and foam mattress toppers on all beds. Large deck. Gas fireplace for warmth and new a/c unit to keep it cool!

Weekend stay for Bear Valley Adventure
Our host was communicative and helpful. The house is comfortable and perfectly located for access to Bear Valley and Big Trees. Everything was as advertised, we hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

4th of July get away
We had an awesome stay at this house. Very clean and wonderfully decorated, house was well stocked with everything. Air conditioning was huge plus given the heat wave. Amy was so responsive and accommodating to all our needs. House has a wonderful deck and we cooked and ate all our meals on the deck as well as morning coffee. So nice to stay with family. Would stay here again.

Great Cabin
Each time we have visited we have been so happy with how well this cabin is stocked. We cook every night and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cutlery and knives. Some essentials are always there as well. Everything is clean and it all makes for a great stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful mountain getaway
The pictures don't do it justice. The house is nicely set up and beautifully renovated. Feels like a mountain cabin without being old and rustic. It was perfect for our group of 8.

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at your cabin! The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans. The beds were comfortable. The table fit our family of 8 for meals. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this cabin near the Big Trees!

We can't say enough about this fabulous cabin! The location, the decor, the beds and down comforters, the EXCELLENT communication with the host....literally the best experience we've had in 10 years of cabin rentals in this area. Ami, we can't thank you enough and can't wait to stay there again!

Another AMAZING Stay!
This was are second time at this beautiful cabin. Clean, cozy, well stocked beautiful cabin in a quiet neighborhood with very responsive owners. Weather was beautiful for our day trips to Highlands Lake and Lake Alpine. We took a short drive and did some hiking in Big Trees State Park. Enjoyed relaxing evenings on the deck enjoying a glass of wine next to the gas fire pit with family. We definitely will be back for another stay soon.

Beautiful Cabin in the Woods
Our family group of 7 adults stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful and newly redone cabin near Calaveras Big Trees State Park while attending a family reunion in Camp Connell. The four bedrooms with a variety of beds worked well for us; the kitchen was very well equipped and we all enjoyed the comfortable lounge area for talking and board games. The AC was useful as it was a very hot weekend. Great experience for all.

Beautiful Relaxing Weekend Getaway
What a beautiful renovated cabin! Perfectly located for all kinds of adventures in the beautiful mountains. A short drive to multiple lakes and rivers. We enjoyed the well equipped cabin and the outdoor deck! The deck was perfect for mornings and evenings spent on the deck watching Mother Nature and enjoying our family time together. Very quiet neighborhood. The recently added AC unit kept the cabin very comfortable on this warm weekend. GREAT host who was very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Fabulous family-friendly home
We stayed with friends at Amy’s cabin over NYE. The property was immaculate and very tastefully updated. There were numerous beds that can accommodate a large family or 2. There were loads of games, books, and some toys to entertain the kiddos. Plenty of heat in the winter and fans for summer. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials like spices, flour, oil, etc. same in the fridge with condiments. Easy and quick communication with the owner when questions arose. Absolutely recommend and would stay again.
