Nestled in the heart of the Sierras this alpine community boasts endless opportunities for year-round recreation and adventure with on-site features including two lakes (one maintained for swimming), a golf course, a pool, and a seasonal lodge complete with a variety of recreation courts. Thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike will love the abundance of fantastic nearby activities, from winter sports and mountain recreation to world-class hiking, fishing, rafting, and hiking. Calaveras Big Trees State Park is only three miles up the road. Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park each offer an easy day trip destination.

An ideal choice for families, the home comes packed with amenities of its own for all-season fun and comfort. The large, private deck includes a grill and picnic table for summertime cookouts, and the flat yard area is perfect for lawn games like volleyball or badminton. A swing, horseshoes, and a Ping-Pong table are also provided for your entertainment.

Inside, smart TVs come ready to stream all your favorite shows and there is a video library full of family/kid-friendly movies. Younger guests will love the built-in bunk room and all its available games. A full suite of major appliances, plus helpful countertop gadgets like an espresso machine, milk frother, and blender, are ready and equipped to handle all your mealtime needs. Home essentials include free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
This property is part of the Blue Lake Springs (BLS) HOA. The BLS rec center and amenities are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fees are currently as follows but are subject to change: $20 daily fee per person or $100 weekly fee per person. Group rates (up to 6 people) are $100 daily/$400 weekly. Guests must present a guest pass that is provided in your unit. Fees apply to all ages two and over. Amenities for the HOA include a shared pool, Fly-In Lake, Blue Lake Springs Lake, and a shared tennis court. There will be a replacement fee of $40 will be assessed for any guest passes that are not returned to the home upon checkout.
The Snow Flake Lodge is open year-round for no additional fee, but you must present your BLS guest pass.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
