Very walkable to Hotel de Ville, tourist office, market hall, Carrefour, laundromat, Plateau des Poetes and Jardin de la Plantade parks, SNCF train station, transit hub at Place DeGaulle, and lots of shopping of all kinds."

"A great stay at the Ibis...Staff were very good and friendly especially Amrita from Mauritius. Carpet in Reception, Access to Lifts and Restaurant area very worn and not pleasing to the eye. Overall a lovely stay!"

"Accueil très agréable de la part du réceptionniste. Chambre en étage comme demandé, lit grand et trés confortable ainsi que les oreillers. La télévision est un peu basse mais ça n'est qu'un détail, salle de bain avec baignoire. Double porte d'accès à la chambre. Par contre les cloisons sont minces. Petit-dejeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons. "

"The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues."

"Loved this boutique hotel with modern design. Great location on top of the mount. If you travel by train with luggage, it's a good hike up to the top! The service was the absolute best, so welcoming, friendly and helpful for dining and touring recommendations. There is a food market/hall nearby with lots of dining options at lunchtime. "

"un endroit superbe, calme et vraiment au contact de la nature. rencontre avec des gens vrais, le cœur sur la main. la maison est très sympa, et on a de la place pour bouger! Un peu froid? hop petite flambée dans le poêle de la cuisine, ou dans la grande cheminée du salon . On m'as dit: salle de bain étroite..(psst, allez dans un mobil home, vous verrez!) Die Küche, für uns immer wichtig, ist sehr gut und aufmerksam mit guten Qualitätsstandard ausgerüstet. Die vielen kleinen, aber sehr dezenten Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Dekoration und übrigen Ausstattungen, eine gut funktionierende Heizung für die im Novemeber etwas längeren Abende machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. "Peaceful, historical and rustic property with welcoming service. In early January, only 1 restaurant was open. We walked Le Voie Vert to Lamalou les Bains for lunch. It was about a 40 minute stroll. Uber doesn't work. We used a taxi service to get to and from Béziers. "

Spacious Villa with large private Pool and Air-conditioning in all 5 bedrooms

Wonderful house, we loved everything about it

"Fantastic spacious house for our group, especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and BBQ area. Beautiful part of France, lots of options (hiking, beaches, city visits etc). So good to have A/C in the bedrooms as it was very hot during our stay. "

Good villa, great location

"Had a lovely time in Roquebrun. Andre is a great host, very friendly, easily contactable, quick to respond, fantastic local knowledge and excellent English (thanks). The pool was cleaned often and there is lots of space. Roquebrun is lovely and the villa location is great - under 10 minutes walk to the restaurants a small supermarket and a bakery. Kayaking, wine tasting and river/beach nearby Very well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, glasses, pans and 2 large fridges. We were there during a heatwave and as described, there is only AirCon in the living room. The very high temperatures made the upstairs bedrooms unbearable even though Andre did source some fans for us. Nothing to be done about it really, just a fact of life. The outside area by the pool has limited shade provided by trees and although the terrace has shade all day, the seating is not that comfortable to spend long periods there. We managed to find enough shade but there were only 5 of us. Remember that there is 100 euro charge for bedding. We thought we could deal with that on arrival but we should have let Andre know in advance. Andre, did manage to sort out the bedding with 2 days notice though. 100 euro does seem a bit expensive for the bedding and towels. You could probably buy a set for that. I would think about the time of year and I would have found it crowded for 8 people. Overall we had a lovely time in a great location and a good villa with an excellent host. Thanks Andre. "
