" My wife and i were told this was a good hotel so we tried it out.we found the staff very friendly delivering an excellent service.the room was v.clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel.the food was excellent.we were more than pleased and we are looking forward to staying in this hotel again in the near future."

"Brilliant from start to finish, from the wee man at the front door doing the complimentary valet parking to the waiting staff was exceptional, the food was just beautiful in all the restaurants especially the Castle kitchen restaurant and the added bonus was the transport to the castle , excellent!!!! The spa and thermal village is just amazing even in January!!!! We will definitely return in the not too distant future, 5 star !"
