The house is located in a quiet village with local shops 6 km from the Mediterranean Sea. It is the only village in the heart of the CLAPE massif. You will be surrounded by beautiful hills filled with pine forests and cicadas in summer. The house has a landscaped garden with a swimming pool sheltered from view (pool dimensions 7m x 3.5m x 1.3 m). In the house, large openings and white Italian tiles allow for significant light. The furniture is beautiful old local pieces from old residences in the region. The living environment is very pleasant. You can stay in the quiet village, discover the immense beaches of the Mediterranean, the Roman city of Narbonne, the fishing village of Gruissan, or explore the department of Aude with its Cathar imprint (Carcassonne), or even visit the surrounding wine estates, you will be delighted with this house and its environment in all seasons. 4 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets, Maximum 8 people

Bonne localisation, climatisation appréciable, ...
Communication simple & efficace avec Christophe. La maison dans son ensemble correspond à l'annonce. L'emplacement est plutôt bien et le jardin est plutôt ombragé. Il est peut-être intéressant d'indiquer les dimensions, la profondeur et l'état de la piscine ainsi que certains dysfonctionnement (plaque de cuissons, machine à laver, ...) qui ne sont pas du ressort de Christophe mais qui limite parfois un peu l'expérience.

Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver une maison mal entretenue louée très chère pour les installations mises à disposition. Nous avons eu des déconvenues avec la piscine toute la semaine, nous avons dû nous rendre disponibles pour que des intervenants tentent de régler le problème. Le propriétaire n’a plus donné de nouvelles dès lors que nous avons sollicité un dédommagement alors que le contact était bon au départ. Nous avions loué cette maison pour avoir une piscine privée et on n’a quasi pas pu l’utiliser (vétuste avec grosses fuites). Il n’y a pas de parking privé comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Micro ondre branlant, 2 plaques sur 4 qui fonctionnent, pas d’ustensiles pour la plancha, literie à changer. Taches sur les dessus de lit. SDB à rénover. Inadmissible.

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist zwischen Narbonne und Narbonne Plage gelegen. Praktische Lage um alles zu erkunden. Man braucht ein Auto. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch - Kompliment!! Das Haus ist sehr gross. Die Doppelbetten eher klein für zwei Personen. Messer zum Kochen waren nicht sehr scharf. Es gibt ein E-Roller. Wir wären froh gewesen um ein paar Strandsachen wie Schirm und Stühle. Im Dorf hat es einen kleinen Laden und eine Bäckerei. Nehmt Bettzeug mit!! Frottee waren vorhanden.

Super séjour à Armissan !!!!!!!!!!!!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour la villa était super Belle espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur Une magnifique terrasse et la décoration à l' extérieur très soignée avec un Olivier et à l'arrière de la maison un citronier et d'autres variétés et aussi une magnifique piscine et le petit plus la piscine est sécurisé pour les enfants je recommande !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
