"The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also. "

"Bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony was a plus! Bathroom shower was fantastic. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water and in room coffee. Will definitely consider staying again! "

"We had a lovely stay (once again as we keep coming back) at the Holiday Inn Republic Square in a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet. The salon and bedroom combination gave us a bit more space. All was spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to go anywhere in Yerevan. A couple of mornings we had their breakfast and it was quite good, if pricey ($25 per person). "Very good hotel in a perfect location as a base to explore the city. I had a standard room, size was decent & bed was comfortable..and for the price..can't complain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't try the restaurant or breakfast, so can't comment on that, but i heard it was good.. Overall, i would definitely stay here again on future visit!"
