"This place was more than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Outstanding professionalism! It really was like a “welcome home” atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. Outstanding meal experience! My stay was six days, and my room was cleaned every day. Outstanding service! I also received laundry service, and the return was quick. Outstanding service! I also went to the snooker room (game room). It was a nice area, but one takeaway is that the accessories need replacing. I ...

"The bedroom was comfortable & clean. The breakfast was fine. We booked a Saturday night and were kept awake until after midnight with loud music and noise from party goers at the bar directly behind room 13. Parking was street parking so we left after 9 am the next day to ensure our car was ok.."

Cosy Hot Tub Getaway Bungalow
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"Pleasant stay near to the facilities of Armagh city. Easy to walk to the city facilities. Travelled for a car show at the Palace; didn't use the hot tub but looked nice. Everything was clean and comfortable, property was quiet. Two parking spaces, one out the back. Next door neighbour was a lovely guy. Small issue with electric meter beeping was sorted out with Patrick quickly. Enjoyed it."

"We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."
