"Breakfast was very minimal. No one at the front desk when I went to check out. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but the room was worn in places (rug, scratches on walls etc) Overall it was a good place to stay with my two kids for a night and the price was reasonable. "

Very comfortable seating. The host was amazing too, the first night we were very tired and struggled with the futon bed, John came the next day and showed me how to do it and was super friendly! "It’s unique as it was a school converted to an accommodation. We didn’t expect much as we know it was not a regular hotel. The place is not well-lighted, they use motion light but not enough. No one at the property even though we arrived before 10PM so I phoned and talked to Leroy. Instead of coming over or sending someone to give us the key, he instructed me to go get the key in the Laundry room assuming that I know where it was.
