"We loved our time here. The apartment is large and comfortable and the terrace is lovely. A great location in Sorede - bakery and convenience store right outside the back gate. The caretaker Solange was wonderful - so thoughtful and gave great recommendations of what to do in the area. We loved hiking right from the apartment and drove 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. We’d love to return!"

"Unser Urlaub in Frankreich war sehr schön. Besonders angenehm war die Übernahme und auch wieder die Übergabe des Hauses.Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben, aber auch nicht mehr. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden zB. Staubsauger oder auch eine richtige Pfanne. Ein kleiner Tipp: Das Haus braucht liebevolle Pflege und würde es damit aufwerten !"

Tout était bien dans la maison, Si nous devions faire juste un reproche est sur l accès à la piscine il n y a que trois marches pour descendre dans la piscine de 1, 55 m de profondeur. "This 250 year old property is beautifully maintained and the conversion to modern amenities was tasteful and functional without compromising the visual integrity of the historical structure . The 13 meter long pool is well maintained and clean . It was reminded us of Napa Valley before it was discovered and developed . It was great value as well."

"We really enjoyed our stay in La Rectoria, The house's very thick walls and spaciousness enabled us to relly enjoy our time there. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was a big plus. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is that it has only 2 bathrooms even though it sleeps 24 persons so it would be helpful to have a separate toilet and sink on the lower floor.
