"It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view. "

Orange juice was processed, not fressly squeezed. fresh squeezed orange juice was available at a much higher price. This hotel truly has five star potential if they change their breakfast, and include good coffee. The coffee was terrible. "
