Frustrated with Vacasa support
There were no concerns with the house, our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, we forgot a coat at the house. We realized it the afternoon of the day we checked out. After contacting the Vacasa company, they said we would hear back from the cleaning crew in a few minutes. Thirty minutes later, I called Vacasa to find out what was going on. I talked with a different employee and they told me a ticket was created and I would need to wait to hear from the cleaning crew. I had no idea how long I would need to wait. It has been four days and I never received a return phone call.

Being honest to you and future renters
I give honest reviews so please don't be offended. First, the location is awesome! Quiet, private, peaceful. However, the beds are rock hard and the frames have a steel bar right across the lower back. We had to 'create' mattress toppers out of quilts for comfort. The thermostat is impossible, I never figured out how to adjust it. 40 degrees outside upon arrival and 55 degrees inside the house. Finally got it to 69 but that was at 2AM resulting in a loss of the first night's sleep. We were there to fish for the week and we expected to use the garage for the boat, but there is no access to the garage. Don't show pictures on your site that include the garage if you don't allow people to use it! I don't like being denied access to the property owners with questions. I called VACASA about the garage but had a hard time understanding the agent's accent. Finally, I figured out she was saying we can't use it. There is no information packet about anything in the house except the wifi username and password. The shower head in the guest bath is broke and wobbles at the wall. Finishing with something positive, the house was very clean when we got there.
