"Really lovely ryokan and onsen with beautiful ocean views. The futons were very comfortable, as well. It's a little outside of Wakayama city (about 30 minutes/¥3500 by taxi), but there is a nearby bus and they have a parking area if you are driving. The staff speaks a little English, but don't expect the same level of English that you might get at a larger, urban hotel. Overall, it was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend it."

He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "The hotel is part of the group and we are allowed to access the onsen in other hotels of the group. It is very fruitful to try all different onsen. All the hotels of the group are connected with pathway. One good point is that this hotels allow to choose yukata pattern. The staff is very nice and helpful. The stay is value for the money."
