"This is always a wonderful place to stay when we are in Rome. They helped us to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel even though it was a very busy time. The only thing that is sad is that they have canceled their dinner/cocktail service in the evening. "

"Fantastic host with clean and comfortable accommodations! Had everything we needed. Outdoor space was amazing. Good restaurants, market, Vatican City, and city bus at the bottom of the hill. Hill was a bit legit for my mom, but we just took our time. Would highly recommend!! "

"The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it...

"Lovely apartment in an ideal location. Walkable to great shopping and iconic places. Lots of restaurants and a cute patisserie almost nextdoor. We stayed over Christmas Eve and were very comfortable. My daughter stayed on the pullout couch and son upstairs in lofted bedroom with my husband and I in the second. Plenty of room and everyone slept well."

"This place was beautiful, quiet, and felt like home even though home was far away. If I ever return to Rome, Boiardo Art House will be the only place I will stay. It was far more comfortable, clean, and restful than anywhere else we stayed. Absolutely lovely"

"This appartment was a little oasis in the big city. It's not a luxurious experience, but if you are traveling with a family and need a place to stay, this is a great place to stay. We are a family of 7, and the prices for our size of family are outrageous in Rome. Dadi Monti Inn was such a great price that my wife couldn't believe it. "We had an amazing stay at Balboa. The check in process was seamless and the property was exactly as described. The location is central, but also outside the tourist hustle and bustle. We had a large group ranging from 1-60s and everyone loved the property. Would highly recommend. "

"Wow where to begin! We loved everything about this beautiful loft over looking the river. Communication was easy and timely. We were warmly greeted by Miji who let us in the loft and gave us a tour of the place and how things worked and also recommended a few restaurants and bars and cafes nearby. We could not have asked for a more wonderful VRBO host. She treated us like family and we loved it! The location and view are unmatched. The magic of watching Florence life out the window was magical....

"We loved our room. It was in a very safe neighborhood, and very close to several tourist attractions. The whole area is just beautiful. Just be careful to know that you can't drive a rental car here. It is in a restricted area of town called the ZTL."
