"Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good."

"It was central to all facilities and shops, and the staff, especially the main lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and nothing was a big deal. She was lovely, albeit I forget her name , she remembered mine."

"Absolutely loved it. The most gorgeous sunsets from the room. Incredibly peaceful. A private little beach right in the backyard. Such amazing dinner and breakfast service. Franco was beyond awesome - as were all of the other staff. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 hope to be back soon. Thank you for having us!"

"Hotel was booked online through Expedia by visa but hotel management was not accepted the visa and asked to pay in cash therefore management canceled the reservation and I had to go some other place."

"Hotel staff was not great and unhelpful. Tried to charge me at check in even though I already paid and wanted a higher price than what I booked with. I was also told it was fine to leave at 6am as the front door is locked and you need the staff to open it for you. But in the morning there was no one at the desk, and found the night staff was in another room sleeping and didn’t wake up until I continued calling the hotel number. "Las fotos de la publicación son de hace muchos años. La atención es buena aunque Elotel está bastante deteriorado. Le hace falta mucho cariño y esfuerzo para volver a verse como en las fotos. La piscina está vacía, los muebles alrededor de la piscina están sucios y deteriorados. El camino de entrada al hotel es feo sobre todo si vas a pie.
