"Absolutely loved it. The most gorgeous sunsets from the room. Incredibly peaceful. A private little beach right in the backyard. Such amazing dinner and breakfast service. "This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at, including our travels in the United States. Everything is very clean and up to date. The aesthetic is also really cool. The breakfast buffet and restaurant area is beautiful and the lobby is spacious and comfortable - perfect for visiting with friends. The restaurant staff are also very polite and attentive. Our room had a sea view and it was amazing! We had a great view of the beach and El Morro with the Christ statue and flag. The room was also gorgeous. It looked just a nice as the pictures, if not better. It was also quite spacious and it and the bathroom were laid out very well. This might be silly, but the different lighting options in the room and bathroom were really nice. The bed was also super comfortable and the room was quiet. I seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel. If we ever find ourselves in Arica again, we will definitely stay here."

"It was central to all facilities and shops, and the staff, especially the main lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and nothing was a big deal. She was lovely, albeit I forget her name , she remembered mine."

"Hotel staff was not great and unhelpful. Tried to charge me at check in even though I already paid and wanted a higher price than what I booked with. I was also told it was fine to leave at 6am as the front door is locked and you need the staff to open it for you. But in the morning there was no one at the desk, and found the night staff was in another room sleeping and didn’t wake up until I continued calling the hotel number. The parking is at an offsite garage, also had trouble getting the car so early despite being told it would be fine "
