The house is located in the village of Ariany, it´s well connected and only 20km from the beach.
It has a capacity for up to 6 guests because of its 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.
The furnished kitchen is well equipped and it is open to the living - dining room.

From the comfortable veranda you have a view of the garden and the pool, which has the dimensions of 10 x 5 m.
There are sun loungers, a Balinese bed and a table tennis.

Thank you so much, it was the best stay ever.
This is really the best place you can stay in Mallorca. It is spacious, clean, beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The fence around the pool is perfect when you have small children. The terrace in the evening has great sunsets and a good place for a glass of wine.

Eine wunderschöne Finca auf dem Land
Wenn man gern Urlaub auf dem Land machen möchte, in einer freistehenden Finca mit viel Platz, der ist hier genau am richtigen Ort! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die kaputte Kaffeemaschine haben wir erst zum Ende gemeldet, da wir mit vorhandener Kanne und Filter den Kaffee manuell aufgießen konnten. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Kapsel-Maschine. Die Esel auf dem Nachbargrundstück waren ein attraktiver Anlaufpunkt für unsere Kinder, die Tiere waren lieb, interessiert und haben uns auch durch das gelegentliche Rufen in keinster Weise gestört. Die durch die ländliche Lage gelegentlich zu hörenden Hunde, Hähne, etc. waren so weit entfernt, dass es weder zu Wach- noch zu Schlafenszeiten als störend empfunden wurde - für uns hat es umgekehrt eher zur ländlichen Atmosphäre positiv beigetragen. Der Pool ist schön, gepflegt und groß genug, dass man auch wirklich schimmen kann. WICHTIG: der Pool ist an der niedrigsten Stelle schon ca. 1,50m tief und fällt bis auf ca. 2,50 Tiefe weiter ab, ist also nur für Schwimmer geeignet sowie für Nichtschwimmer in ständiger Beobachtung samt Schwimmweste, o.ä.. Der Pool ist komplett mit einem stabilen Zaun eingezäunt, so dass dort grundsätzlich auch mit kleineren Kindern sicher Urlaub gemacht werden kann, wenn man das Tor immer wieder schließt. Unsere 6-Jährige konnte über den Zaun klettern, aber auch schon schwimmen. Manchmal roch es kurzfristig nach Rauch, selten auch nach verbranntem Plastik. Dann hieß es Fenster schließen. Wir wollen wiederkommen!!!

Phänomenal
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Calderitx war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war super. Alles war vorhanden. Sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und der Pool Phänomenal. Direkt nebenan wohnen 2 Esel, die total süß waren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr außerhalb, uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten bei einem kleinen Supermarkt. Und in 25 Minuten am Strand. Aber das war uns bewusst und hat uns nicht gestört.

GROSSE EMPFEHLUNG - Wir haben es dort geliebt
Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gepflegt und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen. Es war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten leider sehr viele Fruchtfliegen in der Küche und der Kühlschrank hat die letzten zwei Tage nicht richtig funktioniert, aber das sind Dinge, die man auf jeden Fall beheben kann.

Für Ruhesuchende
Sehr schöne, ländlich gelegene Finca fernab sämtlichen Touristentrubels. Super gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin verlief reibungslos und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Infrastruktur ist hervorrand und alles sehr gut und in Kürze zu erreichen ( Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand etc). Die sympathischen Esel runden das Ganze ab.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, würden gerne wieder kommen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation hat sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Der Pool war schön groß und gut temperiert.

Einer unserer besten Urlaube
Die Betreuung durch das Team war super. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Die Lage der Finca war sehr ruhig, die Umgebung malerisch schön. Der Pool war ein richtiger Pool in dem man auch schwimmen konnte und kein Kinderplanschbecken. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, von einer Mauer umgeben mit einem abschließbaren Zufahrtstor für die Sicherheit. In Ariany gab es alles was man brauchte. Einen kleinen Supermarkt und sogar eine Apotheke. Insgesamt also alles top!

Séjour parfait
Séjour parfait, logement calme, en pleine campagne. Dépaysement assuré. disponibilité et flexibilité de l'hote. Climatitation des chambres bienvenue vu la chaleur en pleine saison. Piscine très grande. Attention: directement très profonde (à savoir pour enfants en bas âge). Non reviendrons avec grand plaisir. L'ile regorge de recoins à découvrir.

Aanrader! Een heel comfortabel huis met heerlijk fijn en omheind zwembad. De kwaliteit van het huis is erg goed en lijkt zeer recent te zijn gerenoveerd. Huis is veel ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Dit komt mede door de hoge plafonds. Ook een heerlijke plek om sterren te kijken en te genieten van het uitzicht op de bergen. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met onze 3 kinderen.
