"As frequent travellers, this is one of only two hotels that myself and my partner would definitely return to, as it was so impressive and relaxing. We stayed in the spacious Preferred Club bungalow, with a great sea view and surrounded by cared-for, quiet gardens. There are a range of pools to choose from (the main pool is huge), so you can decide on quiet or lively and a lot of sunbeds everywhere. There is also a private beach for the hotel with steps into the sea (as other reviews have said, this looks more like a lovely lake than the sea). Food was excellent quality, fresh with a huge range available. After dinner, the lobby and bar area become lively, with guests chatting and playing games. The staff were excellent, from the welcome to the restaurants to the evening drinks service. If you choose the Preferred Club, there are perks such as personal check-in, a private lounge with indoor and outdoor seating and a large range of drinks and snacks, and a private pool and sunbathing area. If you want to eat out, Gouvia has a good amount of restaurants and there is a bus route nearby to Corfu Old Town. As this is Greece, the hotel has several well-behaved cats walking among the guests and there are baby ducks roaming the gardens too. The only criticism we had, as per other reviews, is the hotel does have quite a few wasps, so it would be good if they could find a way of managing this. It didn't spoil the stay though."

"Gorgeous hotel close to airport and minutes away from Corfu Town on the bus right outside. Staff went out of way to make sure we were looked after and in arranging taxi and breakfast box when they found we had an early flight. Very comfortable beds and pool area. Loved watching the planes land and take off."

"Excellent stay at the Tryp Wyndham Dassia. Staff were excellent. A perfect mixture of friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention also to the domestic staff, who were so warm and friendly every morning, and kept the rooms spotlessly clean and hygienic. There is a pretty decent gym on the lower ground floor, and a spa also. The pool area was really beautiful and surrounded by lush green gardens with amazing flora and fruit trees! The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach just across the road. There is a bus stop just outside that goes straight to Corfu Town and also Ipsos, the next resort up. There was also a very large supermarket in the vicinity that sold pretty much everthing you could think of. There are many restaurants nearby on the main road and also along the beach front. Dassia beach was beautiful and I would highly recommend both the resort and the hotel."

"We loved our stay at mythos palace. The resort was great in every aspect. Theres a convenience store down the road that only takes one minute to walk to and several dining options very close by. Theres also a small store in the lobby with most essentials. The beach was really nice and never crowded. There was also boat rentals and tours available on the property. Would absolutely recommend. Make sure to book any guided tours in advance as they sold out quickly. "

"Great staff, buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing, our room was facing the sea, it was simply beautiful, we could hear the see at night. The bathroom could use some easy updates (faucets and tub), otherwise pretty amazing hotel. 20 minutes walk to the old town."

"Very good stay in Corfu, within walking distance from airport (15 mins) so we chose it after a late flight. Friendly staff, comfy bed and tasty breakfast :) recommend ☺️ it’s not very modern but it’s fair for the price"
