"We stayed Christmas Eve into Christmas day. The Mansion is lovely and well kept. It was very quiet and secure. The room was beautiful. Loved the fireplace. Chad was extremely helpful over the phone and made us a delicious Christmas morning breakfast. Matt welcomed us and brought us to our room. Both Chad and Matt were very friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner in town on Christmas Eve. Would like to make this an annual tradition!"

"It's a very unique historic house that made our stay magical. The owners are exceptional hosts. Breakfast was excellent, we didn’t need to eat until dinner time that day. The location is literally across the street from the race course and at the same time is quiet and has a very convenient private parking lot. Also, a walking distance from downtown. "We had a great stay at the 3 Bears Lodge while visiting our daughter at Skidmore. The location is only 5 minutes from the school and the Saratoga Springs downtown area. Michael, the host was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make sure the driveway was plowed during a snowstorm that hit so that we could get out early for a day of skiing! Only regret was that we didn't get a chance to meet the 2 dogs on the property."

The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen!
