"Andoni is a brilliant host - communicating mainly by WhatsApp and replying very quickly to all queries. Great place for exploring the Picos and North coast beaches. The surrounding area is very picturesque and quiet. Arriondas is close by for shopping and Canis de Onga is a lovely town with lots to do and swimming in the river to cool off!"

"We had a very relaxing stay at Casa Sira, which is a beautifully restored traditional house with all the modern comforts. The house is well equipped, and tastefully furnished with everything you need, comfortable beds and wi-fi / Tv etc. It is set in the mountains with stunning scenery all around. "We chose this house because of the location. It is quite remote, in a very small hamlet about 10km up narrow roads. Villaviciosa is a lovely small town and worth a walk around. The hamlet of Piedrafita is exactly that, a hamlet. We were hugely disappointed that the local bar/eatery had suffered a fire and was out of action for the foreseeable. "Nos han atendido muy bien, y la casa esta muy bien, quizá el acceso a la casa es algo complicado, y la entrada tiene barro cuando llueve, pero lo demás muy muy bien!! "

"Great property; helpful and friendly owners; superb base for exploring the local area. The nearest town, Infiesto, is a 5-minute drive away with local well-stocked supermarket. We cooked most evenings using the wood barbecue in the private garden. There are good walks from the house and Oviedo, Gijon, Covadonga, etc. are within a 45 minute drive. We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a holiday!"
