Amazing location in the Old Town just steps away from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Everything inside the property was pretty much perfect, the room, the beds, the facilities, the patio, the view! . "The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was approx 10 min walk to the Old City, had parking and the apartment had everything necessary to make our stay a fabulous experience. Michalis responded very quickly via email and the attention to detail in the apartment was awesome. Totally recommend a stay here and will definitely stay again, if we revisit Rethymno."

"We had a really good stay in Almyrida. Apartment was big enough for the four of us and well equipped. Pool was nice and quiet and apartment a short walk from the seafront. Good location to go to Chania and beyond in our hire car. Owners always quick to respond to messages too. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!"

I’d say it’s probably worth spending a little but extra to make sure you have the view of valley and mountains, we had a side view but we’d know next time. Everything is very hog spec. And the family were SUPER helpful. Really comfortable bed and lovely sofa and out door furniture. Absolutely would recommend. Just half an hour to the beaches and lots of good places to eat and places to visit "

"We celebrated my husband’s 80th birthday during our stay. We loved the apartment it worked well for 2 couples. The climb up the hill was challenging but we managed, the view from the deck was worth the climb. If you want a cab you need to phone them, you cannot stop at their street side office and ask for a ride. The supermarkets in town are great but if you are looking for fresh meat you need to go to the next town, south west of Almyrida. We took the taxi and our driver was great, he waited...

"Fotis was very helpful and welcoming. The pool and surroundings were immaculate and well-maintained. The studio was comfortable and well equipped with some thoughtful welcoming touches. The balcony was sunny and pleasant but overlooked a busy road with associated traffic noise. We hadn't realised it was more than walking distance (for us!) to amenities so it was necessary to drive everywhere. For that reason alone we are unlikely to return but it is a good base for touring the locality."
