"Beautiful hotel!! Hotel staff (front desk) was on their phones a lot so I was standing until they realized I was there; however when I had to encounter them they were pleasant. I had to ask 2 nights in a row for extra pillows which I never received from housekeeping but I made it work. Valet was very nice!! Thank you to lounge staff (tall slender gentleman) was amazing and the drinks were lovely. "

"The property was convenient for the attractions like aquarium and museum. We had booked for three nights the space inside was sufficient for us as we were mostly outdoors..best is the breakfast served in the morning ..dont have to go about searching for dining areas with kids..we didnt get any time to use pool nor work out area..nor did we have any glitches during the stay ..also it provides free parking which is harder to find around this area.."

"Restaurant was out of crab Mac n cheese, 2 nights, for sure, same with crab cakes and there were no crackers for the meat and cheese plate. How hard is it to go get crackers from the nearby CVS? The mini cheesecake sampler was very small, I would have at least expected the samples to equal the size or almost the size of a normal cheesecake."
