"We had a fantastic time at La Chintana! Marco and his parents went above and beyond during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and they were wonderful hosts. The property is very unique and secluded, a true little piece of heaven! The pool and the grounds are also great for kids. Gracie mille to the Leoni family! "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Super auch der Empfang und die vielen Tipps von Erica (z.B. eine tolle Trattoria). Sehr empfehlenswert!"

Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! "Couldn’t ask for a better location. Steps from Piazza Civica in the heart of centro storico. Cafes/bars, restaurants, shops, the harbor and the promenade that extends for miles … all nearby. Very comfortable accommodations. As others have mentioned, there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which was not a problem for us at all, but it may be for others. Super easy check-in and out. Free parking available along the marina - prop mgr can provide details. Highly recommend. Alghero...

"Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites."

"The property was lovely, clean and quiet. However, the doors were finicky and old, difficult to unlock, even from the inside, which could be problematic in a fire (even in a stone building!) The access to the street button in the lobby was not working either but we went through the cafe to get out."
