Small, unloved but good location
The apartment is in a great location. Close to a wide range of shops and the train station. The area was quiet at night. Communication with the host was good and good information regarding getting to the location. It is a very small apartment and with the sofa bed out, there was not much room to move around. There wasn't much room around the kitchen table either. The apartment smelt of bleach when we entered but we found it to be quite grubby and unloved. It was disappointing to arrive into it after a long day's travel. The photos were obviously taken some time ago and do not show it's true size or current state. Cutlery was dirty and benches needed cleaned too. Overall, a disappointing stay as it has such great potential!

Unmögliche Umstände
Die Wohnung ist komplett Renovierungbedürftig. Die Kühe ist durch Wasserschäden vergammelt, es fehlt alles an Ausstattung (eine Tasse, ein Suppenteller usw.) Die Wände in allen Räumen sind feucht. Im Bad gibt es sporadisch Warmwasser, die Dusche ist durch ein kaputten Schlauch nicht zu gebrauchen, die Waschmaschine ist verrostet und fällt auseinander und die Duschabtrennung ist undicht. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un sejour avec ma compagne et mes deux enfants. L'appartement est trop petit et non adapté pour un couple et deux enfants. Pas de place pour mettre un lit bebe. Le canape soit disant lit est tres inconfortable. Aprt vetuste, mal entretenu avec des moisisures et une propeté qui laisse a desirer. Linge de lit sent lhumidité et vieux serviette taché, canapé sal...Le pire a sans doute ete l'absence d'eau chaude. Probleme signalé a l'hotte qui a dabord justifié cela par le fait que le.ballon etait petit mais il ny avait meme pas assez d'eau pour une seule douche. 2 jours apres, il n'y avait plus du tout d'eau. Probleme de nouveau signalé a l'hotte qui ne m'a pas repondu de suite. Apres avoir insisté, il mindique que son pomblier nest pas disponible... donc nous sommes restés sans eau jusqu'a la fin du sejour. Nous avons fini par loger ailleurs pour que nos enfants puisses etre au moins dans un environnement propre et avec de l'eau chaude en plein mois de decembre ! Inadmissible de louer un appartement dans.de tel conditions et qui nest absolument pas adapté pour 4 pers. Probleme evidement signalé a l'hotte mais qui a ete tres passif jusqu'à m'indiquer que son plombier etait malade. Pb signale a abritel aussi dont le service client est sans interet. Je suis d'ailleurs toujours en attente d'une reponse malgré plusieurs relances.

Apparemment très sympa juste à côté de la gare c'est le top Et en plus situé à proximité du centre commercial Super sejour passé ici Je reviendrai Y-R
