"Lovely stay. Eloi is a superb host, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. The property is in a superb location, with fabulous views over the mountain to the border with Spain. Privacy is guaranteed, but you do have to enjoy isolation, as the nearest shops and bars are a hair-raising 25 minute drive up and down the mountain on a very narrow, twisty road. "Una estancia agridulce. A pesar de no tener nada que decir referente a la casa (más que está en medio de la nada), todo en buen estado y cuidado. Reservamos la casa 3 familias y dió la mala suerte de que uno de los adultos de una de las familias se puso enfermo. Contactamos con ellos para ver la viabilidad de posponer la reserva (sabiendo el poco margen de aviso) pero la alternativa ofrecida no dio a mucha opción a cambio. Con ello, finalmente solo pudo ir dos de las familias y la 3a por motivos...

"My wife Jo and I spent a very pleasant ten days at Mas Santol. The gite is very beautiful, in a great location not far from the charming small town of Ceret. We explored the area and also went further afield, to the beach at Le Racoul and into the mountains of Prats-de-Mollo. Martine and Serge were very nice to deal with. "We had a great stay here. The house and pool are excellent and the location is beautiful and very peaceful. George was very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to little requests we made. We felt that the description of the location could be a little more precise.The access road is quite rough and tricky to negotiate in places after heavy rain. Nos dijo que por supuesto y cuando ya nos íbamos del hotel vino la mujer de Joan con muy malas formas a decirnos que no podíamos estar allí después del check out y que teníamos que pagar 10€ por adulto. "This is beautiful house which is easily accesible by car from Girona and Barcelona. The location is beautiful and really spacious for a big group. The kitchen is really well equiped. The livjng room is very cosy with a real fire. Alexandre was very accommodating and available easily and quickly when we had difficulties with the water. I would definately recommend for a big group holiday."
