Beautiful but lacking
Property is at the end of a steep, narrow, primarily gravel road. Directions as provided are inaccurate and incomplete and, for example, fail to mention a pasture or cow gate that may require opening/closing before continuing. The location and the property itself are beautiful, but much of the interior requires updating. The appliances, for example, are well past replacement date: the clothes washing machine is ancient, and made a loud rattling noise during the spin cycle -- so consequently we only used it once. The oven is also so old that the temperature and mode labels have nearly disappeared from the front. These are not terribly serious issues, but they do detract from the overall experience. We have stayed in many similar properties over the years, and all were equipped to a higher standard. Finally, the administration of the property is also confusing, as we received notifications and emails from both VRBO and Interhome.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und großzügich .Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Der Pool war groß genug und sauber.Für die Auffahrt zum Haus (ca.3km) ist schon ein Geländewagen von Vorteil ! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !

Idyllische Lage am Berg in der Natur. Historisches Landhaus mit typischer Einrichtung und viel Charme. Traumhafter Pool mit viel Grün drum herum und unglaublicher Vielzahl an Freizeitbeschäftigung (Boccia, Tischtennis, Kicker, Federball etc.).

Wir haben die Ruhe und die Stille genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch mitten im Wald mit Blick in die Berge und die Natur. Das Haus ist geräumig, mit sehr guter Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbares Haus mit schönem P...
Wunderbares Haus mit schönem Pool, mit viel Liebe vom sehr netten Vermieter gepflegt. Für 10 Personen ausreichend Platz vorhanden.Die Strasse zum Haus ist im Schlussanstieg zwar etwas holprig, aber für normale Auto´s kein Problem. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Arezzo, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach vorhanden. Küche und der Steingrill top (Grillkohle nicht vergessen), auch die Zimmer und Bäder. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei.Wir hatten mit unseren Familien wunderschöne erholsame Tage, in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit (ein einziges Mal sahen wir einen Radler und eine Spaziergängerin), konnten tagsüber in aller Ruhe am Pool oder im Schatten der Bäume relaxen , abends entspannt an der langen Tafel gemütlich zusammensitzen oder einfach in der Stille auf den verschiedenen Terrassen den Grillen lauschen und die Glühwürmchen beobachten.Wer Ruhe sucht, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Reisetipps: Siena, Florenz sind in einer guten Stunde zu erreichen, empfehlenswert auch eine kostenlose Führung des Demeter–Hofes Fattoria LaVialla ( 19km entfernt)

Wir waren schon ca. 6x in der ...
Wir waren schon ca. 6x in der Toskana – dieses Haus bei Arezzo übertrifft alles bisher gesehene – eine Unterkunft mit Superlativen, es fehlt an nichts. Ein traumhaft eingerichtetes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail sowie eine sehr großzügige Außenlage in mit absoluter Ruhe. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und für italienische Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich sauber. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um alle Anliegen sofort und unkompliziert. Die Zufahrt zum Anwesen ist für "normale" Autos und sichere Autofahrer überhaupt kein Problem. Reisetipps: Arezzo in 15min, Siena u. Pienza in ca. 70 min, selbst Rom ist als Tagesausflug für Frühaufsteher bequem erreichbar.

Anfahrt bescherlich, da Straße ab Antria 300 Höhenmeter überwindet und die unbefestigte Straße extreme Auswaschungen und Rinnen aufweist. Laute Poolpumpe macht die eigentlich herrliche Ruhe kaputt.
