"BorgoMarcena luxury Tuscan retreat" consists on the ground floor of a large room for entertainment and conviviality that was once used as a central point of distribution and gathering of 22 inhabitants who lived in the farmhouse, TV room with a huge leather sofa, the suspended fireplace room with two armchairs for romantic evenings, the dining room with solid wood table and antique crystal chandelier 24 arms, the ancient library rich of many books, the master bedroom with bathroom and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, while going up to the first floor from antique wooden stairs, there is a sumptuous master bedroom with king size bed, with the huge adjoining bathroom with central chaise lounge and bathtub, while accessing the right side of the landing of the stairs you come to the master bedroom in the SPA with adjoining spa area and private bath, fitness room and massage area. Ideal for six people.

Since the end of the 800, in the former home of Petrognano Estate in the village of Marcena, it was home to the caretaker until 1950 when the building was abandoned and in 2002 partially collapsed.
