Property is very pretty, cozy and charming. The restaurant is very good.Beds are very comfortable. Check in and out was quick. Walking distance to several good restaurants/cafes. However, I didn’t get the room I reserved (saw in the photo during my reservation two beds instead one queen bed) Also, they need to stock more toilet paper in the bathrooms, no just one roll. Breakfast buffet was ok, needs more variety such as pancakes, waffles, oatmeal etc.

Der ganze Gebäudekomplex ist wunderschön und das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vulkan. Das Frühstück war super lecker und das Zimmer sehr groß und ruhig. Die Dusche hat um die 10 min gebraucht um warm zu werden, das war vielleicht das einzig negative.

Very Nice Stay
Our room had the perfect view of one of the volcanoes. The staff were all very helpful and nice. We booked a massage and reserved their roman bath which turned out one of our favorite in this hotel. I am glad we booked this place.
