This impressive two-story property sits on a 1,750 m² plotand offers 272 m² of living space. The generously sized windows allow natural light to flow throughout the house. The villa features four spacious double bedroomsand five full bathrooms, one of them en-suite, ensuring that all guests enjoy privacy and maximum comfort. Every element has been carefully selected with attention to detail, creating a sophisticated and elegant environment.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that exudes elegance and style, while the fully equipped kitchenprovides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, on this same floor, there is a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, offering both comfort and privacy with its own full bathroomon the same level.

A wide staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two large double bedroomsand a bedroom with three beds, all with access to a private terrace with sea views. Please note that for check-ins:

Before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., there is an additional charge of €30.
Between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., the fee is €50.

These amounts must be paid directly to our key holders.

✅ Tourist Tax:

According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13, 2017, regarding the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations:

A fee of €1 per person per night(for a maximum of 7 nights) applies.
This tax is mandatory for stays in tourist apartments or houses in Catalonia.
It applies to all guests over the age of 16and must be paid upon arrival.
