"Hotel bien situé sur les hauteurs d'Arenal. Accueil moyen : Ne demandez aucun service vous perdez votre temps ! la wifi est payante. Présence de fourmis très désagréable dans l'appartement: congélateur, cuisine, murs... Pas de cafetière après avoir réclamé à l'accueil on me dit qu'il n'en reste plus ! Sur la terrasse trop de vis à vis pas de haies pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. Dans la cuisine, les plaques de cuisson sont dans un état déplorable et ne fonctionne pas très bien. Le four...

The apartment had just been decorated prior to our arrival and the little touches are great. Jose was a superb host and communication was so quick. Big thank you Jose. Beautiful pool ,private,clean, beds were great, updated bathrooms, airconditioning, kitchen with everything you could need.The location is so central to everything and so safe.Not to mention the patio and beautiful garden. The host,Beatriz communicated from the minute we booked,gave reccomendarions, every message was returned in a few minutes.We are so sad to leave.It was a truly fabulous experience.
