"The Villa is in a good location for shops with a small Supermarket 5-10 minute walk and larger supermarkets 5-8 minute drive away. The beach has 2 bars, one of which sells food and there is a very nice restaurant close by. The villa is clean with a nice pool and a separate BBQ area which is nice. The air conditioning works well and the living space is good. There is a shaded area by the pool so no need for umbrellas. "This property surpassed all expectations. Beautiful pool ,private,clean, beds were great, updated bathrooms, airconditioning, kitchen with everything you could need.The location is so central to everything and so safe.Not to mention the patio and beautiful garden. The host,Beatriz communicated from the minute we booked,gave reccomendarions, every message was returned in a few minutes.We are so sad to leave.It was a truly fabulous experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"Beautiful Villa situated in an amazing place. ONLY downside for us is that we have quadriplegic 7 year old little girl and there are 42 steps to the property. They are not all in one go, there are twists and turns but she has to be carried. The view alone discounts that issue. The service received from the pool cleaners to the Villa cleaners was second to none, they were all brilliant. Highly recommend"

"Très belle maison avec du potentiel très bien placée mais pas d’entretien : odeur de renfermé, piscine très sale à l’arrivée, 2 climatisations sur 4 qui ne marchent pas, pas d’eau dans la maison chaque soir de 21h30 à 24h pendant l’arrosage automatique extérieur, chasse d’eau qui fuit( réparée par la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine une fois dans le séjour), très difficile de trouver la maison à l’arrivée car le numéro de l’adresse est faux ( 65 au lieu de 12). "Nous avons été très satisfait de cette location que nous recommandons vivement. Très belle vue sur la plage de Son Bou. Situation géographique idéale pour rayonner dans l'île. Climatisation douce. Piscine partagée avec 2 autres appartements mais peu fréquentée."

"Lovely Villa with lots of space. Top floor double bedroom and balcony has great views. Lots of garden space and pool size. Table tennis was fun. Also has a selection of books for use. Great location with beach, restaurants and mini market within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend."

"On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge…."

"The apartment was absolutely amazing. The view from all rooms was breathtaking. The apartment has all you need and more. The apartment had just been decorated prior to our arrival and the little touches are great. Jose was a superb host and communication was so quick. Big thank you Jose. Lastly the restaurants and bar underneath, along with the staff were lovely. We’ll be back."
