The property has 2 living areas and one can be configured as a big double bedroom, please let me know when booking how you want it to be set up. There is a king size in the main bedroom and bunks in the other. A Victorian flat refurbished to a high standard. A gateway to Arran, Ayrshire and beyond . The ferry terminal, South Beach and North Shore are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.
The space
The living room has a clic clac sofa bed and we have a good Silentnight double bed mattress which can be placed upon the click clac to make it just like a proper double bed. There is also a clic clac in the kitchen dining area which can be used with a single airbed. Please message details in advance so these extra beds can be configured.
Guest access
Lots of parking. Private garden and very large communal garden with swings play house and lots of toys. Preferential day rates for residents for local taxis for up to 6 people to local attractions and beyond. Local bus routes are a 2 minutes walk and the bus route to Glasgow is a 7 minute walk. 3 train stations available between 10 and 20 minute walks. The 15 minutes walk has more regular trains, every 20 minutes to Glasgow.
Other things to note
The property has only 2 steps to access with handrail and riser recliner in living room. The property is pet friendly for a small charge if the pets are kept to the the kitchen/diner/secondary living room. Please no pets in the bedrooms or the front rooms.
