"It's a really nice house, close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, which is what we wanted. Christine is really nice to deal with, and our communications were all excellent. We didn't use any other site facilities besides the part of the house we were renting, but that was well appointed and comfortable. The only negative is the lack of actual kitchen facilities, which is a bit of a hassle for organising food and doing dishes."

We left behind an important item and our host was so accommodating - taking the trouble to send it to another property in New Zealand. Aukland had so much to do, we would have liked to stay longer!"

"The property was good with a lot of space. A few detractors that we experience are as follows. 1. They have listed as this place has a pool. It is only a small paddling pool and this was not put up during our stay. The owner did say they had to take it down due to bad weather. A paddling pool should be listed as that. "This beautifully appointed cottage, next to Barry the owners home, has everything and more, than you could ever need. The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond.
