"This is the second time i have stayed. Both times were very nice and I extended my stay. The hotel was quiet for both stays especially for its location. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and had excellent customer service skills. The breakfast was well done. The rooms are showing a bit of wear(chipped paint and worn furniture) but they were clean. I will likely stay here again. "

"There are some new staff...and I guess sometimes the people can make the stay more comfortable....and that is what we really like about this place... They would help you get the best deal's if possible...the list is endless!"

"This is our third stay at the Best Western in Madill. We will soon begin construction on our home nearby and will stay there frequently during construction. They are very friendly and check in is a breeze. We are able to take our dogs with us."

"Property and service was great. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The only issue was with the towels. A couple of them did not smell clean as the others."
