All the rooms have the King beds and the bunk room that has queen beds. Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hot tub, Game room, Movie theater, large serene outdoor seating, EV charger - this house has it all. Step out in the backyard and discover a world of relaxation and recreation. You will find ample seating with a grill, a couple of fire pits, and outdoor games. Also, you will be able to relax in the hot tub and Sauna beneath a canopy of stars, providing the ultimate in relaxation and luxury while the string lights illuminates the backyard in the evening.

*Pet Policy*
We permit 2 non-shedding dogs under 50lbs each that are well trained, well-groomed & have trimmed nails. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Due to our insurance, dogs are restricted by breed so the following breeds are not allowed on property:
Akida, Armenian Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, any Wolf hybrid.

Any dog that has a mixed background of any of the prohibited breeds cannot be on the property. Any animal that has a bite history must receive prior approval from our insurance carrier before the animal is allowed on the property.

*Guest access*
Guests have access to the entire house minus the 2 locked owner's closets and a tool shed.


Other things to note
We have one security camera in the front of the house and one over the garage.
Large driveway can accommodate multiple cars.
The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced.
Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am
Two security cameras on the property. One at the house entrance and another above the garage door.

There are no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control. We recommend taking trip insurance to cover your trip.
