"It was comfortable, but the room could do with some maintenance. Skirting boards in room missing and could do with a paint. Also the toilet seat was loose, tried to tighten but unable. I have stayed here many times but never had a room that looked tired and needed attention "

"The property was well maintained and the room was clean and well spaced. The only downside to this booking was that I had requested a surprise to be in our room on arrival and it was not. I had to remind reception of my request and they attended to it after we had stepped out for drinks in the evening upon arrival. Other than that extremely courteous staff great breakfast buffet and very conveniently located property."
