"I have stayed many times over the past two years. Friendly staff, gym and wellness center is a bonus but unfortunately quite a few things were out of service/broken during my stay this time. "The furniture is outdated, the rooms have smoke smell, the shower is rusted on some of the rooms. The breakfast is pretty bad - not too much diversity, coffee is average. It’ll sometimes drop for no reason, and won’t appear on WiFi for a little while. Secondly, I’m uncertain that they change the door pass code. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, Bucharest is a very nice city, in love with the therme București. The breakfast was included, nice food. I'd like to thank the whole kitchen and waiting staff for their good job.
