"Very nice house, clean and had everthing we needed. It was one bed short of advertised so my neice slept on the sofa rather than the upper bunk. Biggest concern: the front step is quite high with no hand rail. My 74 year old sister fell backwards off of it with hand full of luggage. Fell all the way backwards and hit her head. Also she was just a few weeks out of knee replacement surgery. Could have turned out very much worse than a bump on the head. Also I feel like the restroom in the large...

"I came with two friends to shop and experience Amish Country. The house was perfect. We ate breakfast there both mornings and had aupper there in evenings. Walked to main street both days and loved all the shops. Drove out in the country, ate at Yoder’s, shopped at the Bulk market, took a buggy ride. We are coming back soon."

"I stayed at this property for 2 days due to work and I was highly satisfied. The house was very welcoming, smelled amazing, and was decorating nice.The host was exceptional and made sure all of my needs were met. The fact that the essentials were provided plus some made my stay even better. I didnt have to worry about packing everything under the sun because it was already there. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Mattoon. "
