"The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. However during check in our daughter was in the lobby by our luggage waiting for us to check in and the lobby “guard” approached her asking her questions that were uncomfortable like she didn’t belong there. She’s 25, not a child and were we only 10 feet...

"Very quirky and stylish hotel. Great touches in the room, with free canned water and luxurious robes. The outside of Atocha station was under construction at the time so loads of traffic and difficult access."

"Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located within 10 mins walk from Atocha train station.Room is clean and they make the beds daily. 3 mins walk from nearest Metro Station. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties and located at the 7th floor of the hotel."

"Truly exceptional service at the front desk and a fun, cool lobby with great music playing. Very comfortable beds with lush pillows. Great location in the middle of a hip neighborhood while also being super quiet for sleeping. "
