Archignac is also 30 minutes from Brive.

Floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds of 90 and 1 bed 140 and 1 mezzanine with sofa bed. Stone cottage completely restored, facing south on land overlooking wooded, beautiful view, quiet, children's games. Start hiking on the spot.

Un superbe séjour de deux semaines dans un gite perdu en Dordogne (c'est ce qu'on recherchait!) et super bien équipé (magnifique piscine fort appréciable pendant la canicule). Les hôtes sont aussi discrets que charmants. Si nous repassons par la Dordogne, nous savons où nous arrêter, sans aucun doute!

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos deux petits enfants. Déjà nous avons eu un très bon Accueil puis la visite de la maison tout était parfait comme sur le descriptif et très propre.la maison est vraiment au calme avec des propriétaires aux petits soins et très discrets.les commerces sont à proximité.et je terminerais par la piscine rien que pour nous que nous avons pu apprécier tous les jours. Nous y retournerons c’est sûr .je vous recommande cette location vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Semaine parfaite pour nous 👍👍👍

Location au top pour des vacances dans une superbe région
Fin Août et début Septembre 2023, deux semaines de vacances dans une location typique de la région, très bien équipée. Une piscine au top de par sa taille et son exposition, et que dire de cette superbe vue lorsque nous déjeunions sur la terrasse. Les propriétaires Pascale et Philippe sont charmants, discrets et d'une gentillesse. Le Périgord Noir est une belle région et malgré que ce n'est pas la première fois que nous allons dans cette région, il nous faudra revenir, car nous sommes loin d'avoir tout vu. Location à recommander. Si je peux me permettre une suggestion, il faudrait juste y mettre des moustiquaires dans les chambres pour nous permettre de les rafraîchir durant la nuit.

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines au sein du logement situé sur la vaste propriété de Philippe et Pascale. Merci pour leur accueil très chaleureux, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, la grande piscine rien que pour les locataires est un vrai plus. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié le vaste terrain, les jeux mis à leur disposition. La situation géographique du logement permet de visiter les principaux centres d' intérêts de la région en 30 minutes de voiture en moyenne. Juste parfait !

Vacances dans un lieu verdoyant et très agréable
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte était très agréable et très bien équipé. La piscine, privative, est très belle. Le gîte est absolument parfait. il est spacieux, bien aménagé et surtout bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La piscine est exceptionnelle, très grande et très agréable avec la terrasse et les transats. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite en tous points dans ce gîte. La maison est très bien équipée, très joliment décorée, tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nous avons passé de très agréables moments au bord de la piscine. Le calme des lieux et la vue sur le verger sont propices à la détente. Idéalement située, la localisation permet d'accéder rapidement à de nombreux sites touristiques. A recommander les yeux fermés !

We have had a wonderful two weeks at this property on Les Trois Chemins. Martine was most welcoming and helpful. The cottage is lovely and comfortable and the setting is delightful. We could wander around their vast garden, with the fruit trees, vegetable plots and 5 hens and cool off in the pool. The area is very rural with many picturesque villages and towns within an easy drive. The daily trip to get the bread at Saint Genies was a pleasant start to each day. Gîte très bien situé. Permet de rayonner aux alentours sans faire trop de kilomètres. Convient parfaitement à une famille avec 2 enfants. Piscine très agréable mais à cause du temps nous n'avons pas pu en profiter à sa juste valeur...

Experience agréable et site historique très intéressant
Notre séjour a été gâché par le mauvais temps pendant 3 jours mais malgré tout nous avons visité la région. L'accueil de Martine et son mari est très convivial, on se sent comme chez soi. Merci beaucoup a Igor et Pongo, pour s'être amusé avec nos enfants. Bonne continuation et à très bientôt !
