"I arrived at the hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there was no one at reception, no one answered the bell, I had someone who knew the managers call him no answer. Waited 1 1/2 hours,no one showed up so we had to make other arrangements. This was a 2 hour drive causing us to miss seeing several historic sites we wanted to see. Even though this was a no refund booking, through no fault of ours we were unable to stay here. I want a full refund. This property shouldn’t be listed. I’ve never been to a...
