"Had a fabulous time. Tommaso was great, and the place was great - complimentary wine alongside cakes baked by Tommaso's mother made it all the greater. Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"Wir waren mit 25 Personen in dem tollen Haus in Fano. Da das Haus so viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib bietet, gab es die ersten Tage kaum den Drang, es zu verlassen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. Auch Lirim, der Housekeeper, der täglich zum Pool Reinigen und Müll Entsorgen vorbei kommt, ist sehr freundlich und diskret. Falls jemand plant, für viele Personen zu...

"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

Dinge die man vorher wissen sollte: - Vermieter / Check-In / Check Out: Matteo scheint nur ein Fantasiename zu sein. Eigentlich steckt hinter dem Inserat ein Hotel (Villa Rinalducci). "First let me say. I thought I was getting the whole villa, but only the middle section was what was on offer. Which is still very big for 5 people as the rooms are large and roomy and very very clean. The owner lives in the basement and the top floor. "Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Einwandfreie und problemlose Kommunikation mit Barbara (spricht Italienisch und Englisch). Sehr freundlich. Check-in um 16:00 Uhr ohne Probleme und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhig mitten in der Campagna gelegen (3/4 Häuser in der Umgebung, sonst nichts). 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Fossombrone, wo alles vorhanden ist: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt (immer montags). Bis nach Fano zum (Sand-) Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 30 Minuten. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Hunde-Strand. Liegen...
