This space gets great light and has a semi-private balcony with a cafe table that looks out over the neighborhood. Part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata, this sunny apartment is close to everything you want to do in Arcata. The building was built sometime in the 1950’s so it has both mid-century features and modern comforts. Our lovely large shared yard space features a propane fire pit for those cool Humboldt evenings.

VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage.
