Enjoy sunsets over the Humboldt Bay at Baxter's Bayview Cottage. This separate guesthouse set next to the owner's home is ready to grant you the serene getaway you've been wishing for! The living space boasts sweeping views of the Humboldt Bay with a cozy sitting area, gas stove, and cable TV. For your morning coffee or full-course dinners, the well-equipped kitchen is well-equipped and very accommodating. The bedroom is pristine and comfortable offering a good night's rest, and the futon now has a foam mattress topper for increased comfort.

Be aware that there is a long term tenant that lives on-site. Please be respectful.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There are two cameras located externally. One faces the bottom of the driveway and points out to the street, the second points across the driveway. The front door of the home isn’t in with frame, just the driveway and street partially.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
